I work with artists and creative people seeking change, growth, and a desire to be known and understood. Perhaps you feel disconnected from yourself or want to explore what gets in the way of meaningful connections with others. You may want to examine the underlying causes of destructive behaviors, anxiety, or depression. Or explore issues related to gender, sexuality, or identity. Therapy can help organize what is confusing or overwhelming you. I listen closely and help create space for thinking and feeling dimensionally. Together, we will explore how your early experiences, identity, family, and culture collide to meet your current situation. My role is to aid you in the process of becoming more yourself, moving what is stuck, and feeling more alive.
