I am a seasoned clinical social worker with an interest in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, panic, phobias and trauma disorders. I use my calm and authentic demeanor to create an inviting and safe environment for my clients to explore their inner and outer worlds. Many people with anxiety feel that it limits their functioning in some important way. I use a number of processes to help my clients improve their well being. For instance, I typically open sessions with a grounding exercise towards helping clients feel more oriented and safe in the present moment.
