It is always a courageous step to commit to your own care. My hope is that each individual has an experience in therapy that allows them to live more fully into their authentic self. I am experienced in guiding the process of healing - examining our protective defenses and inviting in a new way of being that feels more spacious and purposeful. My intention is to facilitate the emotional safety, compassion, and trust needed to provide an opportunity for vulnerability and growth. I affirm intersectional identities, including LGBTQIA+ care and bring cultural awareness modalities into my therapy practice.
