Our licensed therapists utilize person-centered, evidence-based, trauma-informed care, specializing in helping people with trauma and PTSD, symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, perinatal concerns, grief, parenting, life transitions, relationship challenges, mood disorders, and more. Our dynamic team offers many models of therapy and individual approaches, so that we can meet the needs of a wide variety of clients. We work with adults and children ages 8+, offering office-based sessions, walk-and-talk sessions on our idyllic farm in Moreau, NY, equine assisted psychotherapy, and remote therapy by phone and video for anyone in NYS.
