Welcome! I specialize in helping kids and adults with anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, ADHD, stress management, parental separation, gender identity and sexuality exploration, grief and loss, trauma, and challenging life transitions. I have specialized training in working with people with Autism and enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA2S+. I believe in a person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach with strong values of empathy, compassion, and collaboration.
