I have a wide range of experience with diverse populations and I especially enjoy working with people with interpersonal conflict within relationships, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, ADHD, Autism, instability in self esteem, personality disorders, and fears of abandonment. My approach is person-centered, inclusive, and trauma-informed. I offer a non-judgemental, safe space for people from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community.
