Welcome! I specialize in complex trauma treatment, relationship issues, parenting challenges, depression, anxiety, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. I utilize an eclectic, compassionate approach, with a strong focus on holistic, somatic, strengths-based therapy modalities tailored to each client's individual needs, including attachment-based therapy, somatic trauma treatment, psychoeducation, healthy boundary development, mindfulness, and trauma-focused equine assisted psychotherapy. As a breast cancer survivor myself, I offer compassion, clinical expertise, and lived experience to people navigating breast cancer.
