I support individuals in their desire to heal and improve their quality of life. Sessions are focused on the development of concrete skills to manage emotions and thought patterns which influence our behaviors in conjunction with EMDR. Clients have described me as straightforward and "no nonsense". I create an active healing environment, more than just talk therapy.
