Hi there, I'm Amber! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been practicing since 2008. Each client is different and unique and every person has their own story to tell. I have found people to have an amazing ability to learn, adapt, heal, and grow through even the most difficult of times. Assisting in the process of learning, adapting, healing, and growing, I use several different approaches tailored to each person's needs. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on values and goals.
