I am an individual and family therapist with over a decade of experience working with adolescents, adults, and parents of children with difficult behaviors. I specialize in helping families and individuals cope with life changes and manage symptoms related to Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, and grief. I utilize a client- centered, solution-focused approach - meaning we do not spend a lot of time talking about the past unless it is relevant to what is impacting today. I teach cognitive behavioral strategies (CBT) to manage symptoms so clients can feel confident utilizing them on their own.
