I am passionate about supporting children (ages 4+), teens, young adults, and adults, along with their families, as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating ADHD or behavioral concerns; experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout; or working through grief, self-esteem, life transitions, or social struggles, I strive to meet each person with empathy, understanding, and care. I also work alongside parents, offering guidance and support as they find meaningful, effective ways to help their children grow and thrive, while honoring the needs of the whole family system. My collaborative approach blends CBT, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, inner child work, and a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered lens. With children, I use a prescriptive mix of child-led and directive play therapy while also integrating creative arts and attachment-focused strategies to meet each child's unique needs.
