Welcome! I have been a mental health therapist for 5 years, but I have worked with children and adults for 10+ years. I became a Licensed Master’s Social Worker in July 2018 and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in November 2023. I find joy in aiding people in learning about themselves and their emotions, so they are able to function better in the world around them. I am a published author, so I enjoy incorporating writing into my practice, as needed, due to its cathartic nature. I approach therapy with the understanding that each client is different and requires a unique level of care.
