Hi. I provide therapy and support to individuals and families in Mississippi, Alabama, and North Carolina, using a person-centered holistic approach to work through life's various challenges. With over 8 years in the helping profession, I have had the pleasure of working with individuals, couples, and families, from adolescents to middle-aged adults, who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, sexual abuse, OCD, perinatal loss, and mood and personality disorders, among other issues that cause distress.
