My goal is to meet clients where they are, equipping and helping them to live their life to their fullest potential. I utilize different approaches to help clients like yourself, with sensitive and unique life problems I can help trauma survivors and their families reach their mental health goals and overcome the destruction of trauma. I am certified and trained in complex trauma, (TF-CBT) Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
