Sometimes life, our feelings, and our minds can become overwhelming. Many of us have been through things that make it difficult to understand our own thoughts and actions. My vast experience with a broad spectrum of human challenges has led me to develop a keen intuition. I am a Neurodiversity affirming therapist and I strive to connect with my clients' inner world.
