Almost everyone needs a counselor at sometime during their life. Some are overwhelmed and facing a crisis. Some need information to better understand and work through a problem. Others need help to change behaviors, work on relationships or simply cope with stress. I would love to help. Anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, obsessions, grief, anger, relationships, marriage, parenting, adjusting to life situations and dealing with events from the past are some areas where I have extensive training and experience. For marriage and marriage preparation, I often help with communication, personality differences and conflict resolution.
