I believe that children may not always have the words to express what is going on in their world. As a therapist, I can help you and your child to build self-esteem, increase coping and emotional regulation skills, decrease anxious behaviors, & nurture creativity. I can provide support in helping build resilience and strengthen relationships with others by facilitating communication through talk, play, creativity, and parent guidance. I use music, play, and modeling to promote emotional growth and learning throughout our sessions together. I provide a safe space for everyone who walks through my door, no matter age or background. For older teens- young adults, I help clients decrease anxiety and depression symptoms, work through difficult periods, and cultivate hope for their future. I have immediate open availability dedicated to this population and navigating life transitions at this age.
