I offer therapies to help a client discover and heal the emotional pain that keeps them from thriving. I specialize in working with both event and attachment trauma. I have 30+ years working in the field of mental health and have worked with many different life and mental health problems. I believe there is a fundamental goodness in each person and that the harshness of life sometimes thrusts us into survival strategies. Healing offers a working through these strategies, teach us life lessons and reorient into thriving strategies by making peace within.
