I believe my training and experience has prepared me for working with individuals and families. I have specializations in older children, adolescents and adults dealing with having feelings of hopelessness and helplessness, low self-esteem, loneliness and isolation, and excessive worry and anxiety. Including those with issues of self-harm,impulsivity, experiences w/bullying, trauma, anger, and self-esteem. Also, those working through transitions such as life-stage transitions, relationship changes, boundary setting, grief and loss, divorce and blended families.
