I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. We all face challenges throughout our lives, whether in family conflicts, relationships, life transitions, or difficulties in managing our emotions. Seeking help can be the first step in making a change in your life. Because each client / client system is unique, I believe in providing a thorough assessment process before creating an individualized treatment plan. I am rooted in person centered therapy and believe that the client is the expert of their own life. I am trained in family systems, CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems.
