English | español I first learned that I wanted to become a therapist after receiving therapy for myself in order to process a history of traumatic experiences and grief. I share this confidently, because no one should feel alone or ashamed to seek support. I truly love the work that I do and I believe in making therapy a comforting, safe, and validating place for my clients. We will especially be a great fit for therapy if you are looking to heal your sense of safety, trust, control, and self-esteem! For the past few years I have developed my language skills to provide therapy in English and Spanish to children, teens, and adults. Challenges that we can address together include symptoms related to anxiety, depression, grief, stress, unhealthy or abusive relationships, and various forms of trauma.
