My expertise is therapy with children, adolescents, adults and their families coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, social & academic struggles and life transitions. I believe that everyone has potential for growth and change and I am committed to helping clients and their families achieve their goals by addresssing immediate concerns, giving helpful feedback and linking to necessary professional resources. My background is working with children, teens, adults and families struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, social & academic challenges, and parenting. I am a CCTP (Certified Clincial Trauma Professional), CDBT (Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist) and Certified Austim Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS).
