Being a child can be challenging, and parenting them can be even harder! When children are faced with big emotions and challenges, sometimes they need support navigating life in a way that keeps them growing forward. When caregivers have tried books, talking to other parents, and nothing seems to work, therapy can sometimes offer the missing piece they need to help their children. I utilize therapeutic play techniques and developmentally appropriate skills to address challenges with emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and many of the other hurdles kids face every day.
