Thank you for taking the time to explore my approach to therapy. I have over 5 years of experience working with people to heal trauma. Traumatic events could include any experience a person perceived as threatening. My therapeutic modality is using a combination of Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Internal Relationship Focusing (IRF). I believe each client's body has the wisdom to guide us, client and therapist, through the resolution of trauma symptoms. I love to work with people who have spent considerable time in talk therapy and are now looking for alternative approaches.
