Hello - I'm so glad you're here! I'm Paige - I'm a licensed professional counselor with a heart for serving others and facilitating healing through personal growth. I work alongside women and their families to create a safe, non-judgmental environment that allows you the space to determine your core needs and work toward meaningful and lasting change. Through research-driven treatment plans, I partner with you to improve your quality of life. Whether you have been feeling increased anxiety or are recovering from a traumatic birth, I am here to partner with you and help you heal as well as help to build your resource network. I offer holistic psychotherapy services with a trauma-informed approach to help clients truly heal from their experiences and adapt to their desired lifestyle.
