I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive atmosphere to help you explore and find your authentic self and voice. I believe in tailoring the treatment to the individual and am comfortable using mind-body techniques and cognitive-behavioral interventions as needed for anxiety, depression, sexuality and gender concerns, relational issues and substance use. Of special interest to me is working with couples and other relationship dynamics. I have post graduate training in Gottman therapy as well as extensive training around human sexuality.
