My training and expertise are especially geared towards treating problematic anxiety as well as depression, though my clients represent a very broad range of issues. Usually these individuals are hampered in their functioning at work or in relationships, or they are somehow white knuckling it through, but are suffering deeply due to patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My clients want to feel less anxiety, and be freer from its hold on them, so they can work, love, and enjoy life.
