Hi, I'm Des! I work with adults and children and I offer a relaxed, supportive space to work on family dynamics, relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I utilize many evidence-based therapy interventions and provide empathy and compassion, combined with feedback and skills-building, to help people regain hope and feel better. I utilize a customized therapy experience that consists of person-centered, evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy modalities.
