My ideal client is a parent or caregiver of a child with autism, often feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure about how to support their child’s needs while maintaining their own mental and emotional well-being. They may be struggling with feelings of guilt, burnout, or grief, while also juggling school systems, therapies, and family life. As a BCBA with a clinical lens, I help these parents bridge the gap between behavioral science and everyday parenting.
