I am interested in you. I believe that every individual has the strength and endurance to make it through whatever unfolds in their life. Stages and seasons of life bring all kinds of difficulties and struggles. Whether you need to work through past trauma or present circumstances, I want to help you find the peace and quality of life you desire. I offer a safe space to explore and identify thoughts, learn to regulate emotions, and assist an individual or group in coping with the stress of everyday life. I use Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy through a trauma-sensitive lens to assist in working through emotions. Upon request, I am trained in yoga therapy and EMDR which can aid in identifying and regulating emotions held within the body. I use play therapy principles when counseling children and adolescents.
