Dr. Tim Brown is a licensed psychologist in Georgia who has practiced as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and educator since completing his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1991. Dr. Brown works with clients ranging from young adulthood to adults in the later stages of life. His approach to therapy is grounded in cognitive-behavioral principles that are tailored to the individual. He believes that it is important for clients to gain a better understanding of the interplay between their thinking, behavior and emotions—and to use that insight as a guide for making active changes in their lives.
