Things have been hard for people lately. You are not alone if you have been feeling stretched too thin. Relationships can be challenging; learning communication skills to express yourself authentically to your partner is what I can offer couples. Understanding your own feelings first, learning emotional language to communicate those feelings, and learning how to listen and be heard in your relationship is the basis of what I do when working with couples. For parents, I help you see your child as a whole person from birth, and assist you in becoming a confident leader, developing healthy attachments, and fostering emotional security.
