As a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I offer a compassionate space to explore your inner world and connect with your inherent wisdom. My holistic approach supports building a loving and authentic relationship with yourself. I honor the fluid nature of identity, sexuality, and gender, to foster exploration without judgment. When aligned with a client’s goals, I may incorporate intuitive practices such as card pulling and astrology to deepen insight and reflection. My practice is entirely Telehealth, with availability Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 1:30pm. For clients outside of Maine, I offer Mental Health Coaching sessions at $300, with a sliding scale option.
