My clients include children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. They want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, manage emotions more effectively, and feel more whole. They’re seeking a safe space to explore their experiences, ask honest questions, and move toward healing and meaningful growth. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s tailored to each person’s unique journey. I draw from humanistic, strengths-based, solution-focused, CBT, family systems, and coaching techniques to meet you where you are. I offer a collaborative, curious, and compassionate space to explore patterns, build resilience, and support lasting emotional growth.
