I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and other challenges one may face in life. I enjoy helping people reframe negative thinking patterns and identify healthy coping skills that are effective during moments of difficulty. I have passion for supporting folks in the LGBTQIA+ community, folks experiencing neurodiversity, and much more! It is a deep value of mine to hold an inclusive and safe therapeutic space for people across the lifespan. I am a client-centered counselor with a multifaceted approach to therapy. I aim to use a combination of approaches to navigate through someone’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a collaborative manner. I embrace an open-minded, multicultural, and safe environment empowering clients to speak on one’s life exactly as they see it.
