I believe we each possess our own deep wisdom, a vibrant inner Self that is healthy and whole, and has the answers to even our most troubling problems – things like depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, eating issues, or maybe just life feeling out of control. I employ Coherence Therapy (I have been Assistant Director of Training at the Coherence Psychology Institute since 2014), Internal Family Systems, and Comprehensive Resource Model. All three are experiential, so we can address your problems as directly and quickly as feels right for you. Change can often happen in the very first session.
