I specialize in helping distracted kids, unhappy teens, & overwhelmed parents find their unique path to a more connected & fulfilling life. I also work with individual adults looking to find more joy & purpose in their daily lives. As a native Spanish speaker, I have a passion for empowering Latino families by helping them better understand & access mental health services. As a psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience, I have worked with a wide range of issues, especially challenging childhoods. Today, I apply this clinical experience in helping teens & parents find meaningful connection & a space to understand each other better. I help teens & young adults gain confidence & the skills to recognize their true wants & needs. I encourage parents to understand their children's emotions & development so they grow into responsible, caring adults.
