Having immigrated from Mexico and grown up in South Central Los Angeles, I understand the challenges that come with hardship and resilience. With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in working with youth and families, helping them build strength, process trauma and navigate complex issues. I have extensive experience working in Wraparound and IFCCS programs and I'm certified in Trauma-Focused CBT, Individual CBT, MAP, ICARE, and other evidence-based practices.
