Life is a journey and I hope to help guide you as you navigate the challenges, many which come unexpectedly, that keep you stuck in the same unhelpful patterns. I specialize in working with women of all ages that struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting stressors, infertility, grief/loss, adjustment issues, trauma and spiritual challenges. I offer traditional talk therapy both in person and online as well as walk and talk sessions held outdoors. In my 20+ years of clinical experience, I have learned that the foundation of counseling is established in the therapeutic relationship. Being seen, heard and supported are keys to progress. My goal is to offer you a safe, supportive and nonjudgemental environment to process life's challenges and restore a sense of hope for the future.
