I'm here to create a safe and supportive environment with each of my clients. I work with children, teens, and young adults to feel calmer, more confident, and better connected to the people who matter most. For younger kids, I often use play therapy and sand tray activities to help them express feelings they can’t yet put into words. For teens, I bring in art projects and interactive games to build trust and spark real conversations. Telehealth is available for anyone older than 12 or couples to make seeking support easier with busy schedules. Together we’ll work on practical skills and small steps that lead to lasting change. Drawing on my background as a school adjustment counselor, I guide families through academic, social, and life changes while supporting parents and caregivers as they navigate real-world challenges and strengthen family connections.
