Using the Nurturing Parenting curriculum and Parenting in the 21st Century, I guide families in building deeper connections, understanding child development, and practicing positive discipline rooted in empathy and respect. In addition to parenting support, I also offer anger management services. I help individuals develop healthier ways to manage emotions using person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) techniques. Whether it's navigating daily stress or learning to respond instead of react.
