In my practice I have the honor of working with individuals through their various transitions in life. I believe that building a trusting relationship is key to a positive experience in counseling and that when change is desired, our collaborative work can help move you forward. Together we will identify your goals, gain insight into what is getting in the way, and transform your fears and frustrations into a place of emotional wellness, safety, understanding, and belonging. I approach each person as an individual with unique needs and, depending on your personal goals, I use a variety of treatment approaches. I have over 25 years of counseling experience. I have extensive experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, parenting concerns, chronic health issues, trauma, and substance use disorders.
