I view every person as a unique individual with specific goals, perspectives, barriers, and background. Relationships (missing and broken), demands and expectations that lead to letdowns and depression, trauma, undesired repetitive behaviors, refusal to accept things as they are and chronic shame are just a few of the common themes I help individuals and families with. I have experience with families, individuals and adolescent groups. My hope is to partner with people with a strong willingness to participate who want restoration. I have 10 years of clinical experience working with families, individuals and group settings. Additionally, I have 15 non-clinical years of mentoring, counseling, teaching and assisting people. I am confident I can find the necessary means to connect, understand, empathize and guide people in their specific journeys.
