I’m glad you’re here! You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself—like you’ve been trying to hold everything together for too long. I often work with women who have spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly carrying their own pain, self-doubt, or exhaustion. Some are healing from past trauma or difficult relationships; others simply feel disconnected from who they used to be. Therapy can be a space to breathe, to feel seen, and to start finding your way back to yourself.
