Are you struggling with relationship or parenting issues? Do you have symptoms of depression or anxiety? Do you need to problem-solve to improve daily living, relationships, and mental health? I offer a confidential and supportive environment where clients are encouraged to explore and address personal issues, as well as develop coping strategies that enhance daily functioning beyond counseling sessions. My approach incorporates cognitive behavioral theory to assist individuals in recognizing and adjusting unhelpful thought patterns, identifying strengths, and working collaboratively toward effective solutions. I have a varied background in social work, including working with people of all ages. I like to work with individuals (16 years and older), couples, single parents, and parents raising children with special needs. I take a holistic approach and enjoy exploring healthy living strategies in order to improve feelings of well-being.
