I work with youth, teens and adults looking to live a more confident, healthy and authentic life. I believe in the good in every person, and hope to highlight strengths, empower bravery, and encourage authentic experience and connection to allow you to step into your best self. Each person's path is unique, each person has a story to tell, and each person has the ability to live a fuller life. I primarily work in the field of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy utilizing Embodied Equine Psychotherapy. With this model I guide clients to gain further awareness of the experience within their bodies to promote healing and authenticity. Horses are co-therapists, and support presence in mind and body in safe and healthy connection.
