I am passionate about supporting driven, multitasking women and mothers. I have been providing counseling services in Georgia for the last ten years and have continued my education by completing training in Holistic Nutrition as well as Health and Wellness to ultimately earn a certification as a Holistic Health Coach. I am experienced in using the techniques of DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavior therapy. As an LCSW, my therapeutic approach focuses on person-centered and empowerment-focused therapies. My ultimate goal is to empower each woman with the tools they need to improve their quality of life.
