Life has its deeply challenging moments, but also has the greatest joys. I am fully aware that as life ebbs and flows, individuals tend to face some fairly daunting things in life. As a therapist, I aim to create a safe, trusting environment for individuals to untangle all that hurt, discomfort and pain. Being able to have a professional walk alongside your experiences can be incredibly impactful in the healing journey. You have so many strengths, and I want to help you remember them. I work with adolescents and adults. I have experience in working with anxiety, trauma/PTSD, OCD, as well as grief work. I am also basic trained in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy).
