I am passionate about helping young individuals reach their full potential! I work to create a safe place that is understanding and supportive so individuals are empowered to grow through self-reflection, explore and build upon their strengths, and be their authentic self. I specialize in supporting mental health challenges connected to autism, ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, grief, and school/work related challenges. I work from a neurodiversity affirming approach and prioritize keeping up with related research and trainings. It is an honor to support children, teens, and young adults in living a life with hope and happiness! Supporting young children is what I am most passionate about! I am a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and primarily use a Child-Centered Play Therapy approach to empower and connect with children working through big emotions. I am also a Certified AutPlay Provider, an affirming approach to working with mental health needs of neurodivergent children.
