I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at different points in their lives. My goal in counseling is to meet clients where they are and provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where growth feels possible. Beginning therapy takes courage, and reaching out for support is a meaningful first step. I have over seven years of experience working in various settings with children, adolescents and adults. I integrate cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches to allow me to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. I work alongside clients to help them navigate challenges and create positive, lasting change.
